I thought I'd post an update on Chase for anyone that remembers my post when I adopted him. It's been 4 months and he's gotten so big. He's grown into his ears but those paws say he's not done just yet 🐾

Not book related except he was always in the background while I read. My dog Harley passed away today. 13 years was a good long life and it was a good one with him. I will miss him so much.

It's National Mutts Day so i found these to share. These are a few years old now but here's two of my dogs being festive - Harley and Ruby. Ruby rarely sits still long enough for a photo.

I absolutely loved this book! Chicken Soup for the Soul books are always great feel good books, but this book especially emphasized it as it‘s so important to take time out of our day for self-care and rest. We need to find balance in our lives as we can‘t be of service to others if we don‘t take care of ourself first. It includes 101 inspiring stories of how others practice self-care in their lives. #SelfCare #MeTime #ChickenSoupForTheSoul
