Here‘s my #bookspinlist for February!

I still have one more day to finish my January books. I don‘t see a bingo happening though. I think I‘ll finish 7 books (I‘m so close to finishing that 7th book), which is a fantastic reading month for me! But….they didn‘t line up for a bingo. 🤷‍♀️❤️📚

Goal for the month is to read! ? And to get some of my sweet #TBRtarot as well as #Roll100 selections off their respective lists.

Bullet Journal: Soft Cover, 5.5 X 8.5 Inch, 130 Pages | Bullet Journal

My shiny-thing raccoon desire to read newly released 2022 books is coming on strong but older books from my physical shelves still had a 3-to-1 lead in this #MonthlyWrapup, #indexcard collection. 18/20 books were from my Feb #BookSpinList, and 18 books from my #BOTM TBR - how about that!

marleed @Gissy I did this thing after Christmas and pulled the spines of my unread books out about an inch from read books. My Botm TBRs really stuck out so I decided to focus on them until my mound felt surmountable. Since January, I‘ve read 34 Botm‘s! Now I think I‘ll be good if I just read one or two more botm‘s than I purchase for the rest of the year! 3y

#bookreport A really enjoyable reading week away at the lake - pic up the mountain on the one day we didn‘t have torrential rain (where I did not ski, have never skied, but the kids made snowballs full of ice)
Highly enjoyed Swing Time and loved When God was a Rabbit. A Small Place is a biting essay by Jamaica Kincaid on her birth place Antigua, the legacy of slavery, the inequity in luxury tourism and corruption in government. Well worth a read.

Centique @Cinfhen thank you. I hope you like it when you get to it. It‘s sweet and heartfelt but the plot points aren‘t perfectly tight and measured - so go into it with medium expectations and you‘ll be charmed I think. 5y
