I could not think of an underrated book; only of a lot of overrated ones. A quick Google search brought me to an article, which reminded me of the tagged book. 👇👇
I read, reviewed and presented Typee in one of my university literature courses. The only things I remember about the novel are that it's partly autobiographical and probably the first written work to contain the word Taboo.
