Ok, here are my #bookspin and #doublespin for #bookspinbingo this month.
Ok, here are my #bookspin and #doublespin for #bookspinbingo this month.
Alright… here is my #BookSpinBingo list for the month of May😊 I have two rereads for this month with The Assassins Blade and Rhapsodic so that will be fun.
"I‘ll think about it," Bryce answered.
"This is no game, girl," Thanatos snapped.
Bryce leveled a cool look at the Prince of the Ravine. "I'm sick and tired of people using girl as an insult."
Was intimidated to start this, partly due size and split reviews. Did throughly enjoy it though. Way less smut (only 1.5) in leu of more history. This was all about stopping the Asteri after book 2‘s world breaking revelation. Bryce and Hunt I thought would know how to talk to each other. Lidia and Ruhn (agreed) really held up the book, Damn. Jesiba is a favorite; love when past hints not realized were hints make sense. 3 plots for 15 characters
April vacation backyard shenanigans. I don‘t even know if I‘ll be able to finish this book this week as I have to keep putting it down and walking away. To either process or just throw up my hands. So this is how it‘s gonna be: so much happening at once already?? Scared for final 150 pages already. 😱

I finished this just before I had to start getting ready for work this morning. While I really liked it, it did seem to wrap up a bit too neatly to be believable. However, let‘s face it: if I wanted a believable story line, I‘m not sure that I‘d go with a Maas book. That said, I really enjoyed this series, even at the same time that I‘d kinda like to mock parts of it with someone else who‘s read it and enjoyed it too. What can I say? A mixed bag.
I liked this book! I have finally caught up with the series. I rated this book a 3 out of 5 stars
Took me a minute to read it. It was a slowish start but part 3 really sucked me in. I did cry. I loved it. Cant wait to see what happens next.
#readingbracket2024 #2024readingbracket I read some huge books this month but my February favorite goes to Maas! I‘m still thinking about the Bone Season so I have to declare that the winner. I did fill in one of my bonus spots already too! Can‘t wait to see what books March brings!
I have just re-read all the ACOTAR books before starting this tome. I can't wait to get back to Crescent City and see how it is mixed with ACOTAR. Thankfully, I have avoided spoilers and theories, so I am heading in blind just the way it should be.

Y'all! I love this author. I love her world building...and obviously I adore her characters! This #chunkster was so good. And the last 200 pgs...honestly I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Have kleenex handy! All the feels! #bookspin @thearomaofbooks
Reading in bed is the best wind down after a hectic day! (Yes the bedrail is so my puppy doesn‘t roll off the bed)#HouseOfFlameAndShadow#SarahJMaas#HugeBook#ILikeBigBooks
I mean.... I'm not sure what to say.... For most of it I was feeling my usual SJM frustrations.... Please stop 'huffing laughter' and 'baring' teeth at each other!!! Also, come on Bloomsbury, I found 3 spelling, punctuation and grammar mistakes!!! However, as always, the last 200 pages were epic... It was all worth it in the end and I will be dreaming about these characters for the foreseeable 🔥❤️🤩✨🌟🕳️☄️🌠🌌🪐
Finished re read twilight. Felt i needed a light book before reading this monster. I am low key stressing about this one. Lol
Currently 📖 / 🎧 . There is so much happening in this book that I took a break for a few days. Back into it and can't wait to see how this wraps up. So far...
- I love Lidia...and she deserves whatever the Fae version of an Oscar is.
- Ithan and Tharion need to get their shite together. Honestly!
- 🤬 Autumn King 🤬
- Hunt's parental history 🤯
Here's hoping the last 1/4 of this book doesn't break me.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫It‘s hard to fully process an 835 page book anyway, but when it is *so full* of lore, connections, & information - it‘s impossible on the first read through.
I really enjoyed the story, and Maas‘ “side” characters continued to shine brightest for me in this series.
I‘m interested to see how it continues since there are certainly unknowns at the end, but it wraps up with more finality than I was expecting.
Forever a SJM super-fan 💫
Used the last of my giftcard to the local bookstore. Got there just in time. They had 2 left.
So I may have gotten an email from my indie and then snuck out during work to pick it up! And luckily I‘m not reading a physical book at the moment, so I know what my next read is!
I watched the bookseller talk about the other book on 1 minute with Bill! It was already on my TBR, but I decided to pick it up!
