Day two of my short story marathon, and I‘ve officially caught up. I am now seven books ahead of schedule in my reading goal. After tomorrow, I should have a nice cushion to get me through the month of December.

The Exception to the Rule: 4⭐️
Worst Wingman Ever: 3⭐️
Rosie and the Dreamboat: 3⭐️
Drop, Cover, and Hold On: 4⭐️
Didn't read the other 2
Read these over Valentines Day and into March. Cute short reads. But, lost interest because I was ready to move on to longer books. I might still read the other 2. We will see!
Perfect cute palate cleanser before I side into another thriller.
Fun and cute set of novellas :)
I loved this. The format was fun. It made me laugh…numerous times. A short, quick romance.

💙 Dinner with my husband at home and a relaxing evening together.
💙💙 The Improbable Meet Cute series (6 short stories) were all good, cute stories. I just read them/listened to them. Free on Kindle and Audible.
Thanks for the tag, Lisa!
Wait a second, did Christina Lauren hack my laptop and read the story I wrote 12 years ago? Okay, my story wasn't set around Valentine's day, but it was about a misfired email that turned into email-pen-pals to meet-cute to lovers. (no, I won't publish it)
So far my favourite in the series, but I've just started Worst Wingman Ever, which is read by Andy Arndt and Zachary Webber and I really like listening to the two of them.

I reviewed this one before it was added to the database and I just wanted my review in the correct place for my own cataloging purposes.
This was SO CUTE. I loved everything about it!!
7/10!
First of six in The Improbable Meet-Cute Collection; a cute and short Valentine YA. Available on kindleunlimited with the audio included. I plan to listen to the rest through the month.
Super cute short story about an email sent to the wrong person leading to a yearly anonymous correspondence that spans over a decade
I am enjoying listening to this Improbable Meet Cute series, they are the perfect pick-me-up while doing mindless paperwork

This is Christina Lauren‘s first short story and it is so good! They said they‘re happy they gave it a shot and so am I.
Written mostly as emails, this is the first book in the Improbable Meet-Cute series. Book 2 is written by Abby Jimenez and it‘s next up for me.
So I listened to all of these short audiobooks in 2 days. They are fun rom-coms overall. Here are my ranks worst to best:
5. Rosie & the Dreamboat - poorly written heroine but I did finish it 2.5⭐️
4. Royal Valentine - just bland and unoriginal 3⭐️
3. Drop Cover & Hold On - also bland but more original 3⭐️
2. Worst Wingman Ever - Very sweet and heartwarming 4⭐️
1. The Exception to the Rule - so much fun and super cute 4.5⭐️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Give me a romance that begins over email and I am 100% in. This was a perfect short story - the characters felt developed, the relationship made sense, and it‘s a quick read.
I didn‘t listen to the audiobook for this one because the first half is all emails & I don‘t like hear all the sending detail info.
These stories are all free - audiobook & ebook - for Amazon Prime members, and this one, at least, I highly recommend!
February is the month of love and friendship AND OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY! And so the obligatory romance reading has begun. And if it‘s written by Christina Lauren then you know it‘s going to be all the 💕😍🥰😘💗
This is a cute novella about an accidental email to a stranger that leads to so much more.
I‘m loving this series so much already.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
