Once I finish rereading this childhood favourite, I‘ll have a blackout on my library‘s adult summer reading bingo card! Whee!

I paired the first two chapters with a tasty spicy peach omelet. I‘ll go heavier on the gochugaru next time, but I‘m happy with how the concept came together.

Forgot to add this the other day: 42 down for #nancydrewchallenge! We won‘t finish, but the kiddo has decreed we will continue through the series into next year. Since we actually started at the end of last year (I reread the first six in January) it‘s all good. And our rate has certainly been respectable!

Another crazy adventure for Nancy and the girls, this time in France. Alchemy, thieves on stilts, international conspiracies, the usual.

Sace Oooo.... I can't wait to get to this one! (I've been reading my way through Nancy Drew for years 🙄) 5y
ravenlee @Sace this one certainly tested my French accent ability (only successful insofar as I‘m channeling Kevin Kline in French Kiss 😆). 5y

I FINALLY finished the Nancy Drew puzzle. It took me forever in part due to my shifting moods but also because SO MUCH REPETITION in the covers. So many red dresses. So much peaking around objects. It was a fun challenge.

CoverToCoverGirl I love it! Nancy Drew Mysteries were my childhood favourites hands down! ❤️❤️😊 6y

Always used to read this as "titan" and never as Titian like the painter...even when I realized it, I had to look up Titians paintings and do all kinds of research to figure out Keene meant Nancy was a ginger!

mrsh62010 I've had my eye on my old fave Nancy Drew books, my first favorite books from childhood at the used bookstore. You're making me want them even more.... :) 8y
