1.Take my mother for a couple of routine medical appointments. Do my routine training if rain allows (raining today until Thursday). Try to finish this novel, has taking me too long to complete it🤦🏽‍♀️
2.I do a lot of checklists but I struggle to focus in doing things. I must do things in a routine way but I could be flexible. I think I have ADD without hyperactivity😳

Gissy @mabell Nope! But I try to keep running because is like a catharsis therapy😂I run without the pressure of time. Last Saturday we ran 12 miles this Saturday we are supposed to do 13, at my pace whatever that means that day😌During the week, I run less miles and the swimming classes 11mo

mabell @Gissy That‘s fabulous! You‘re an inspiration to me to get out there! Once I find/make the time 🤣 How is the swimming going? Are you still doing lessons? 11mo

Gissy @mabell Yes, I go to the swimming pool at our SJ Central Park twice a week. Since I don‘t have an event at this moment, I‘m taking regular classes to improve techniques. But she also is teaching things that other have asked her but that we know we are not going to use in a triathlon like butterfly technique 😳I do what she is teaching just for fun☺️ 11mo
