From the amazing finale of Ahsoka!
My brother said I couldn‘t name our puppy Leia. Don‘t do a Star Wars name. Fine, let‘s go with a Greek goddess like our cat. No Star Wars. I “promise.” How about we name the dog Hera???? #starwars #dogsoflitsy
70/150 I enjoyed this Star Wars adventure, even though my knowledge of the Clone Wars and Rebels TV series is spotty at best. Ahsoka is on the run from the Empire, hiding out further and further in the outer rim areas of space, aware that the Jedi have fallen due to Order 66, but unaware of the fates of Anakin (turned Vader) and Obi-wan. I would recommend it fans of the Clone Wars series. 3.75/5
3rd book finished #JubilantJuly @Andrew65
Been busy because I finally attended a Comic-con again (masks required). I did read some while waiting for the Supernatural panel. My sis loves Supernatural, & who doesn‘t want to see Stephen Amell? The best was Ashley Eckstein (voice of Ahsoka Tano) & Brett Iwan (voice of Mickey Mouse) who did an inspirational panel about following your dreams & made us members of their club. Also met Tom Welling because I ❤️ Lucifer (never watched Smallville).
This was a great introduction to Ahsoka since I haven't seen The Clone Wars yet. I especially loved how she got the kyber crystals for her new lightsabers 💙
Just started reading Ahsoka by E K Johnston. I thought this would be a good idea after finishing season 7 of clone wars a d getting ready for the Manderlorian season 2. #starwars #clonewars #rebels #ahsoka
I've never watched a single episode of The Clone Wars, which is probably because it's a cartoon. That being said this was a neat little story and a great little addition to my repertoire of Star Wars books that I've listened to on Audio. The Star Wars world is much more vast than what you see in the movies, and I'm only scratching the surface of all that it has to offer. Ahsoka is fierce, loyal and a Jedi...what's not to love...
I have done very little reading since the Michigan “stay home, stay safe” order went into place and my office closed down in mid-March. I also haven‘t posted here in....a very long time 😂 I‘ve just not been motivated to read. But, I did read Ahsoka after binge watching Star Wars: Clone Wars (that finale!!!). This was a great way to wrap up Clone Wars and lead into Rebels. The author nailed Ahsoka‘s voice and characterization. Highly recommend!!
My son & I are both big Star Wars fans—we watch the movies, the tv shows & read the books together. And we talk about everything which is just the best. Can‘t wait to discuss this YA book that tells the story of Ahsoka Tano & what happened to her after Order 66. Hiding in the Outer Rim, Ahsoka has to decide whether to keep hiding or stand & fight when Imperial forces arrive. Honestly, I really enjoyed the book & spending more time with Ahsoka.
Ahsoka‘s solo adventure snugly positions this fan-favorite Force-wielder for future franchise appearances, all the while telling an exciting, though disjointed, story. #starwars #audiobooks
Happy Star Wars Day, littens! 😃💕 May the Fourth be with you all!

I friggen love Ahsoka and she will always be one of my favs. 🥰
I'd really like to see more from her. In books...tv...cartoons...movies...games. Just gimme all of the Ahsoka, please. ❤️

My favorite Jedi! Really loved listening to this one especially since Ashley Ekstien was the reader (she voices Ahsoka in Clone Wars and Rebels)
This was a great story of adventure with a dope girl protagonist even if you‘re not deep into Star Wars it is still enjoyable!
I knew nothing about Ahsoka going into this, not sure if that helped or hindered my reading. Getting to know Ahsoka might have stifled some of the weirdness of exploring familiar worlds in a new format. Regardless, I found it slow until the rebellion on Raada, & then some of the twists were challenging to follow. In the end, it was fine but I didn't love it as much as I wanted. It did make me interested in watching The Clone Wars, so there's that.
May the fourth be with you! Ahsoka is my current read, and hoping to get to Queen's Shadow soon!
Yup, holding my books hostage until after my workout again! 3 I really want to dig into, but I have to do 30 minutes first.
Waiting for the invention that turns pages read into calories burned. 😧
I really enjoyed this audiobook, narrated by the actor who voices her in the seeies. I‘m only partly through season 2 of the clone wars, so I don‘t know some of the history behind this, but it didn‘t stop me from getting involved. I like Ahsoka a lot and this book gave me more of an insight into her character, but I also really enjoyed meeting Beil Organa and seeing the beginnings of the rebellion. And Leia as a toddler 😍😭 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
I listened to this today. It was great. I‘m loving the Star Wars books so, so much. They help fill in some of the backstories and make the Galaxy far, far away so much richer.
Recently watched Clone Wars and fell in love with Ahsoka. This was my first Star Wars novel, and I loved it. Can‘t wait to read more!
Finished this audiobook today, and it was another gem from the new canon. Telling the story of this former Padawan's journey between the Clone Wars and Rebels (animated series that I admittedly haven't watched), we watch Ahsoka find a place to lay low, hiding from the Empire that is hunting her down. She finds a place amongst the locals, and soon her desire to stay hidden is tested as the Empire comes knocking. I really enjoyed the narration, 👇
Listening to this while I clean out the front beds and water the heck out of all of my flowers. #starwarsbuddyread #starwarsreadalong
I really enjoyed this one! While it wasn‘t my favorite I loved seeing old characters in a setting and time we didn‘t see in the movies. I also didn‘t know Ahsoka‘s character until now and enjoyed getting to know her. I felt a bit like it wasn‘t 100% clear why she was so invested in Ryedah (sp), but I bought into it. I liked the setting of the planet and it felt very real in Johnston‘s descriptions. #starwarsbuddyread
I have been listening to this since I woke up and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. I was hoping for a bit more on her missing years than what is in here, so I am hoping this second half covers some of that.
#starwarsbuddyread
I really enjoyed this peak into Ahsoka‘s world filling in from the fall of the Jedi and her new role in the rebellion. I also loved the tiny peeks into R2, Bail, and even Ben‘s transitions into this new world order. Now if only they‘d make an Ahsoka movie and carry over this great character into the films.

Just started the audio of this for the #StarwarsReadalong, and it's really fun so far. These Star Wars audiobooks are like radio plays, and the fact that they have access to the music and sound effects they do really adds to the experience.
August is here, which means it's time for a new Star Wars book! The #starwarsbuddyread next pick is Ahsoka! Please feel free to join us and find out what this badass lady has been up to since her time in the Clone Wars series.
Some of us, myself included, are just now getting to Lost Stars from last month, but next up for August is Ahsoka! I can‘t believe it‘s August already!

Finally starting this! I borrowed it from my dad forever ago and I‘m finally getting to it. YAY!
I liked it a lot better this time around! I think having watched Rebels really helped because really it‘s the story of how she came to be where she was in that and I really like seeing her deal with the fall out of order 66
It wasn't bad. I didn't know much about ahsoka before I read this book
Very enjoyable so far. Feels like a strong continuation of the Clone Wars, bolstered by having Ahsoka's voice actor as the narrator.
May the Fourth be with you! I need to repaint my rebel symbol, it has faded in the window I keep it in. Ahsoka was good, just not quite as good as I had hoped. #starwarsday
I lack sufficient knowledge of Ahsoka's backstory to fully engage with this book. I enjoyed episodes and Ahsoka's friendships but the second half felt a bit rushed.

Great book, quick read that is full of extra insight on the Star Wars universe. I wish there was a whole series of short stories following Ahsoka through her rebel time.
Reading in bed since the flu has hit our home. So proud to have a son that loves Star Wars as much as me.
Time to break into the books I got for Xmas, starting with this badass woman. #starwars #ahsoka #kickassfemalecharacters
