It‘s Easter Sunday and I‘m sitting outside in a short sleeve shirt (okay, with jeans) BUT I‘M NOT FREEZING!! I hope everyone is having a lovely day 🥰💕🌷🌻

I don't care if other people judge me for this but I think these are funny and I just finished 27. Because I received a copy of 29 in the mail.

Another good installment in the Stephanie Plum series. I really enjoyed the addition of Potts and another potentially recurring character, Gabriela Rose.
End of holidays seemed like a good time to catch up with Stephanie Plum. This is last year's instalment & it is very much business as usual. Lula & Grandma Mazur are as nutty as ever & I enjoyed the new off-sider, Potts. I thought there might have been some changes for Stephanie after the previous book, but unfortunately all that amounted to was a new hairstyle. Still, it's not fair to expect a series like this to be anything other than what it is
This was really well done. Never disappointed, the usual Stephanie and Grandma shenanigans 🤣 Can't wait for the next one!!
Ah Stephanie Plum. The perfect palette cleanser! Did not disappoint, and I enjoyed the addition of Potts.
21 #40 I totally forgot to post that I read this! Love this series! Hilarious!
I liked that the character development for Stephanie continued on from the last book... but she‘s still torn between two men (and she keeps picking the wrong one), she‘s still a bounty hunter and not loving it, Grandma is still hilarious, Lulu deserves better... and while the mystery for the treasure was ok - it‘s still a series that is a former shadow of itself.
Are these books as good as they used to be? No. Does the Morelli/Ranger drama drive me nuts? Yup.
But grandma and Lula are my favorite characters and I laughed from the first page on. Then there‘s the new addition of George who just adds to the laughs. I actually felt like the was a good addition to the series.
This one reminded me of the books earlier in the series. Quite a few laugh out loud moments. I enjoyed it!
I love these books! Stephanie is up to her usual bumbling, dumb luck bounty captures, with a personal treasure hunt adventure thrown in. Lula and Grandma play a large part in this one, and Stefanie picks up a new crew member who adds his own charm to the group. 😂 I really enjoyed this installment in the series. Total guilty pleasure read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 ❤️📚

I just can‘t get enough of these books. They make me laugh so hard. It‘s one of those series that I know I can turn too when work is rough and I just want an escape. Can‘t wait for the next one and also for the new series with a new character introduced in this in July!
As my kids are able to begin sports again, I gain my car reading time back. Diving into my fourth book of the year. This series always leaves me laughing.
📚 Tagged. Haven‘t started it yet, but it‘s next up. I‘ll dive in this evening after work!
1. It‘s a busy week. I‘m handling a walk through and settlement for my team because they are away enjoying the FL sun. I‘m also headed to the doc this week because I‘ve been feeling off.
2. Hmmmm. Maybe that the Ravens are headed to the playoffs? 😁💜🖤💜🖤
If you want to play, considering yourself tagged! #motivationalmonday
Stephanie Plum is at it again, with things blowing up and her life being a hot mess. The storyline continues after a kind of cliffhanger from the previous book. While there were not as many laugh out loud parts (a trademark in early Plum novels), I felt there was a little more depth than some of the more recent entries. I spent a fun day reading this one.

My work secret Santa asked a coworker to ask a coworker who knows my mom what books were on my wishlist. So excited to dive into this one once I‘m done with a few of my other books!
A little home improvement while I listen to the new Stephanie Plum. #audiobook
Reading Wrap Up for November 2020
I read 9 books in November. The pictured books are my favorite reads of the month.
Stephanie gets a makeover!
A new character, Gabriela Rose, who will be getting her own spinoff book.
The book started a little slow but soon picked up the pace to an exciting ending.
Yessssss!!! It‘s that time again! (These are frivolous af but I love them so much and can always count on them to give me a good giggle. 😂) #fortuneandglory #tantalizingtwentyseven #janetevanovich #stephanieplum #lula #grandmamazur #morelli #ranger #theburg
For her 27th book in the Plum series, Evanovich has diverted away from the number titles (ok, so now it‘s a subtitle) as well as carried the action from book 26 directly into this one, which made both feel a bit more substantive. She‘s also setting up a spin-off series which sounds interesting. I was wary about trying out the audio since I know this series so well. It wasn‘t read exactly the way I would have liked, but not too bad.
2020 #73. I love this series on audio read by Lorelei King. She does such a great job!
Yes, the series is formulaic. What longstanding series isn't, at least to a degree? I thought, overall, that this was a pretty good installment. I was pleasantly surprised, given some of the ultra-negative advance reviews I read. I'm still a Stephanie Plum fan.
⭐⭐⭐⭐
I think this is the best Stephanie Plum book in a long while. The story was cute, but the characters are where Evanovich really shines. Lula and Grandma Mazur were terrificly laugh out loud funny. And I loved the new character of Potts. This was a great distraction from reality.
Book 4/20 for #crushtherush

Book 3 for #progressitnovember and I'm caught up with the series except for one of the shorts.

"Everyone wants to be a better version of themselves," he said. "It's easy for you because you just needed a new jacket. For some other people the job is more complicated."
I'm really starting to love Potts. I hope he makes it into more Plum books. ?
I decided I needed a distraction, and there is no better distraction than my girl Lula. 😆
Got my two pre-orders this morning. Today is going to be filled with stress and anxiety, but new books should provide a bit of a distraction.
I needed this today!! I‘ve already laughed out loud several times!
