Another CoHo catch up from the past!!! Younger characters are not always my fave but I loved loved this one. Beya and Samson were wise beyond their years, and their story of rising up from tragic childhoods was so sweet. Must read!!! 🩷
I liked the story and the unconventional background of the characters. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Omg 100% ‘pick‘. Really loved reading this book, couldn‘t put It down. An incredible love story.
Heart Bones: 3.75 stars. I'm having trouble describing how I feel about this book. I zoomed through it and loved the way it was written. It flowed easily and naturally. However, it's not the best or deepest Colleen Hoover book I've read, and it isn't one that will affect me for the long term like some other books have.
I enjoyed this book, quick read and kept me engaged. Had its ups and downs for the characters and finding their way in a new and unfamiliar territory both family, friends and environment. It‘s a love story but will love find a way.
I LOVED this book. It was not like her other books and contained happy parts and not all sad. This book has a happy ending and I would recommend it to any high school student. It really portrayed the saying “Don't judge a book by its cover“ because there are two “poor“ people who meet and they immediately think that the other one is rich but the only thing that they are both rich in is love.
Jumping on the bandwagon a little with the CoHo, and the romance genre is not typically my go-to, but who can‘t use a little romance once in a while? Despite the too-tidy ending, I really enjoyed this one.

The cover is so pretty 😍

I don't know honestly why this author is so popular. Her writing and plotting are okay but the books just read cheesy to me. This was a 🌟🌟🌟 read for me. I wanted a little more character development and maybe a less obviously formulatic read.
An easy, fun read. Hoover isn‘t always realistic, but it‘s not the worst thing to suspend belief for a couple of hours & believe that things can work out.
@Pigpen_Reads I'm going to apologize now. I'm not well versed in the romance genre. I hope however one of these turns out to be a great read for you.

Like so many readers, I love Hoover‘s books! I couldn‘t stop listening to this one! Beyah just has to get through the summer before her new life as a Penn State freshman with a volleyball scholarship can start- but when she returns home from a shift, her whole world changes. She spends the summer with her father & in a whole different economic situation, surrounded by strangers. But Samson seems to be the only one to see her… secrets & sparks fly!
She does it again. Another one of her books brings me to tears. So good. Definitely recommend to everyone..
I devoured this book in just over 24 hours, would‘ve been less if I didn‘t have obligations (ya know, kids, husband, work, lol). I‘ve read two other CH books and this became my favorite. I love the character development and how my senses picked up on every descriptor. Book #47 in 2022
9/10
This was an unexpectedly great CoHo read! I really connected to Beyah and sympathized with her story, so her character arch was really powerful for me. I was utterly shocked by the twist, something Hoover never lacks. I thought there were a lot of deeper and important lessons imbedded in the writing as well. Definitely recommend if you like other CoHo reads!
Today I came home from Book Bonanza. I had so much fun this weekend! I met so many bookworms and wonderful authors. I made new friends and found new-to-me authors. I got every book signed that I took and picked up some new books too (signed, of course). I also got the authors to sign this beautiful canvas! E.L. James, Colleen Hoover, Cathlin Shahriary, Helena Hunting, Anna Todd, Celia Aaron, and so many more! I hope to go again next year! 😁😊
Colleen Hoover wins again, she had my reading in bed, trying not to wake my husband. Always so much love and the Rollercoaster makes me cry.🎢
This was so good!!! Sad in parts but has a happy ending. Was it cliché? Maybe a bit, but I couldn't get enough!
Great book with in intriguing story. Offers a better ending than some other books. When other books typically end, this book really ended. My only complaint is I was hoping for more drama than romance.
2/5 ⭐
Both Beyah and Samsun had a difficult past. When they find each other they discover that they have a lot in common.
While I didn't care much for the romance I liked how the author didn't shy away of explaining the differences between poor and rich.
I liked how though and independent Beyah was at the beginning but then she let all her guards down, because a boy loved her?
Maybe I'm a little too old for those kind of romance.
My 7 yr old had too much fun picking out my 1st ever 'blind date book' at B&N so I let her unwrap the mystery. The clues she picked it by were "Fiction"; "Poverty meets wealth"; "Can a Summer fling truly last longer than that?"; & "Someone is not who they seem to be". I've heard of Colleen Hoover, but her genre is not something I usually grab, so I'm excited to try something different. Perfect for February... I hope it doesn't make me cry! ?
Book 14
Finished my first pick for #NewYearWhoDis 2022! A big old ugly cry at the end but I really loved it! Thanks to @CharityBlee for picking it for me and thanks to @monalyisha for all her hard work setting this challenge up!
Rating: 5 🌟
Second book of the trip and I don‘t even know how I am going to write a review that successfully articulates how I am feeling about this one. I devoured Heart Bones by Colleen Hoover and by the end, I struggled to read the words on the page through the tears that filled my eyes.
I wish I could read more of Samson and Beyah ❤️
I recommend to everyone!

Enjoying this months bingo, my most recent read was Heart Bones by Colleen Hoover. Can I just say Colleen always makes me cry! I‘m not an emotional person usually but man oh man the water works from this book were REAL! That being said it was a really great book if you wanna be all up in the feels ♥️
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a beautiful book! had so much emotion to it and I liked the parts the two characters played. This story broke my heart at a point but I kept reading in hopes of a happy ending. Was it? That you have to find out by reading this one! But, honestly? There just aren't enough Colleen Hoover books in this world and there're never gonna be.

You're doing great.
Well it's safe to say I'm enjoying Colleen Hoover. This is my favourite out of the three I've read. It was sweet and heartbreaking...which seems to be her formula. If it ain't broken don't fix it! If you're in the mood for a dramatic romance, I recommend this one.

Amazing book... Amazing twist... Predictable ending... It might be just me though because I have read most of Colleen Hoover's books, so I'm pretty good when it comes to predicting how her books end.
