I've never read Scottoline's mysteries but I do enjoy her funny true to life short essays such as the book tagged.
I'm seriously addicted to their books. That is all. But seriously, they continue to make me laugh out loud writing about things that I often identify with and find myself nodding my head to and saying yes! Our dogs, Fitbit love, and dozens of other things! I sure hope these two keep writing together so I can keep listening to them 😁
So boring! I'm used to great humorists such as Laurie Notaro, this felt like it was from my own diary, just a regular chick trying to be funny. I only liked 2 stories in the whole book. Thankfully it was a short read.
Lisa and Francesca writing together always makes me happy. Their stories are hilarious and full of feeling. This was the perfect book for my commute this week. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A quick, funny read. A lighthearted change of pace if you're in a reading slump.
This was a fun, quick read. All the essays were short, just 3-4 pages each. Many were funny, some were sad, but all were interesting. A nice, summer read.
I have been trying not to buy any new books lately. I have so many unread books on my shelves and on my kindle. When the temptation gets too much, I buy a bookmark instead 😄📚💜
