pickWhat I loved most was the fact that the author has dealt about sensitive topics in a lighter tone.It talks about Satrapi‘s childhood and her growth into adult life as she survives through islamic revolution in Iran in the 1980s,political issues and the differences it creates in public life .. everything that could have been a vague topic for me in a newspaper is told in a lively manner and keeps the reader hooked till the last word!Loved it🎈❤️

pickIt was a depressing kind of read for me. I am totally in love with the narration and chracterization. I found many places where we had to dive in to find the actual intended meaning. The fact that bully and betrayal at minor levels could push a person to suicide is not sinking in me well. Giving up is no heroism and I do not appreciate glorifying it in any way.
