My #bookspinbingo list for June. Some #14booksin14weeks2023 books, some professional development books, and some books that I have been in the middle of forever!
Haven‘t achieved a #bookspinbingo yet but I can‘t stop trying! Making the list at the beginning of the month (and picking my first book on the morning of the 2nd) might be the best part!
February was a bad reading month but I‘m going to just accept it and move on. At the end of this week, I leave the harrowing job I have been in for 10 years and then have a 2 week staycation before starting a whole new chapter in my life. Whilst there are many things I *should* do during that vacation, I‘m going to trying to give myself permission to do what I *want* to do instead. This is the list! #bookspinbingo
I read 8 books last month but just missed a bingo. Let‘s try again this month! #bookspinbingo
I‘m ready for #bookspinbingo ! So excited about so many of these books but the Doerr arrived this morning so I think I‘m going to jump in early
No bingo in July but I‘m going to keep at it. This month will be a combo of some hangovers from last month, the booker long list, and the book tube nonfiction finalists. So many great books, so little time! #bookspinbingo
July involves a road trip to Lake Louise so I‘m using this as a reason to focus on kindle books this month. I‘m so bad at buying kindle daily deals and then never looking at my kindle. There are some great books here! #bookspin #bookspinbingo
Hoping for a much calmer May so I can actually have time to post/review what I read. As always, looking forward to #bookspin and #doublespin books and trying for that elusive #bookspinbingo
Edit: added #bookspin and #doublespin books
My February #bookspinbingo! I have 4 days off work so I‘m going to dig in. I‘m thinking this could be the month for my first bingo. Wish me luck!
My #bookspinbingo for February! I didn‘t get a bingo or read my book spin book last month but it motivated me to have one of the best reading months for a long time. So I‘m at it again!
#bookspin #double spin choices for February are books about some form of love or lust @TheAromaofBooks
I‘m jumping in on #bookspin at the last minute. I want to get to all these books so #bookspinbingo will help make the choices a little easier I hope.
Ready to start 2021 off right with another #bookspin and #doublespin month. I really enjoyed my first one in December & made both my books! My #bookspinbingo needs a little more work, but I can‘t wait to dive in!
Both of these #bookspin and #doublespin books are #botm books that I am excited to check off my TBR! Can‘t wait to get started!
@TheAromaofBooks Here‘s my November #bookspin #doublespin list.... Thanks again for this fun challenge 😊👍📚💕
I almost wasn‘t going to do this this month but I just can‘t resist! The bit I struggle with the most with #bookspinbingo is making the bingo board and finding a way to visually tick off the books I‘ve read to show you. What do other people use to do this?
My September #bookspinbingo!! Maybe this is the month that I will actually get a bingo! I‘m hoping that leaving some numbers unassigned will make the difference.
My #bookspin list for September. Left 21-25 as free spaces again because I always end up with a library book. @TheAromaofBooks I keep thinking I‘ll be down to my last 20 physical books that I own, but I still have more I could put on here. Maybe by the end of the year.
@TheAromaofBooks I read 4 books for #booskpinbingo last month. Which I thought was pretty good seeing as I also moved house during July. But I didn‘t post about any of them here. I‘m going to try better this month and do so love #bookspin! On a related note, does anyone have any recommendations for an app that I can use to make a bingo card with all my books filled in? I‘m learning as I go with Litsy!
My June #bookspin was a dismal failure so let‘s try this again. My house move is coming up faster than expected (2.5 weeks!) so these are all books from my kindle. It seems unlikely that I‘ll have a lot of time for reading but I really want to try to carve out time where I can for my own mental health. Good luck to the other bookspinners!
These are my #Bookspin (Missing You, Harlan Coben) and #DoubleSpin (Patient HM, Luke Dittrich) for June. I‘m excited that I ended up with one fiction and one nonfiction this time. @TheAromaofBooks
At long last, my May #bookspin stack! I‘m attempting the #bookspinbonanza so it took some serious thinking to come up with 20 I could actually read in a month. Some are for finishing challenges or a readalong, and the kiddo gladly assigned me enough to complete the list (and help keep it manageable, as they‘re all MG). Titles in comments. Can‘t wait to see what the book gods reveal tomorrow, @TheAromaofBooks !
Even though I‘m still working on finishing my three April #BookSpin books, I just HAD to put together my May #BookSpinBonanza list. I‘m going back to my #NetGalley ARCs again this month hoping that this challenge will help me put a dent in my ever growing NetGalley TBR. Thanks again @TheAromaofBooks for organizing!
Hey friends!! In a mere 24 hours(ish) I will be drawing not one, not two, but THREE magical numbers for April's #BookSpin!! What will the #BookSpin Fates decide YOU should read this month?!
If you have posted a list for this month & I have not commented on it, please tag me again so I can make sure you are on the list! I am still really busy at work right now & sadly do not have time to go through the #bookspin tag every day, so please tag ⬇
Yay!! It‘s time for my April #BookSpin @TheAromaofBooks I‘ve shifted the order and added some new books!!! #BringIt 😁
My March #bookspin - what a great idea, @TheAromaofBooks
Numbered from the top down. I read five of February‘s list, including both the spin and doublespin picks, and moved another to a different stack, so there are six new choices here. Looking forward to seeing next month‘s picks!
I‘m attempting my first #BookSpin @TheAromaofBooks
Hoping it will motivate me to read from my TBR
I‘m numbering my books across so 1 -5 is the top row etc
Here is my updated #BookSpin list for March! This is helping with my goal for reading at least one physical book per month. Thank you @TheAromaofBooks for this great activity.
I am very excited for this TBR challenge. I‘m using it as an opportunity to read the physical books I own yet have not read. Thank you @TheAromaofBooks for hosting #BookSpin!
Irony=reading a book about a 30yr old's rehab stint for alcoholism while getting an iron infusion due to a rare, auto-immune liver disease (PSC) that means I haven't touched alcohol in the past 4+ years.Slow going at the start but actually ended up being quite engaging (and I learned about rehab!).
When you inadvertently colour-coordinate your current book with your wall, cushions, and youngest daughter's pants...#bookwormgoals
This is a good light read, especially if you enjoy stories about flawed characters finding their way. Narrator Kristi Burns was okay. I had a hard time differentiating the main character's inner dialog from true dialog. Palate cleanser.
