I have been a fan of Lindsey Stirling for years, but I never got around to reading this book until now. She has such a unique personality that bleeds through into this book. It was fun, but it still showed some more vulnerable parts of her life.

Readers will watch as Lindsey Sterling transforms throughout the book, forging her path in the music industry. She‘s not your average performer. The sincerity and humor she brings to this memoir are heartwarming. This is a quick and entertaining read, filled with memorable moments. #behindthepages #memoir

Favorite genre fantasy: toss between Tolkien (Lord of the Rings) and Frank Herbert (Dune).
I don‘t really read non-fiction, but a few. I‘ll go with Nathaniel Philbrick (In the Heart of the Sea).

Lindsey Stirling is such a charismatic person, instilling greatness from all her crew mates! 🏴☠️🎻
I am posting one book per day from my extensive to-be-read collection. No description or reason for wanting to read the book. Some are old and some will be new. Don't judge me - I have a lot of books.
Day 17

Fun, quick audiobook. I've been a fan of Lindsey for many years, and listening to her talk about her life was like talking with a friend. 💚 🎻
Although she currently lives in LA, most of this book talks about her childhood growing up in Arizona, so this marks another off of my #ReadingUSA2019 map. @Librarybelle
Starting this #Audiobook as I travel westward ho to visit my sister. I should be able to finish the book there and back.
It‘s read by Lindsey Stirling herself and has a comedic wit to it; so far I‘m enjoying it!
I also love her violin 🎻 playing!

Went to see dancing violinist YouTube star Lindsay Stirling tonight with my daughter. (If you don't know who that is, you probably don't live with a tween. 😆) It was pretty festive and fun!
I have loved Lindsey Sterling since Pandora played one of her songs years ago, I have seen her in concert and am seeing her again in July, but I love her even more since reading her book. Her humor and passion, nerdy-ness and originality is evident in her work but I had no idea the struggles she went through in her personal life. She is a woman to be admired for her strength and perseverance.
I laughed, I cried, and I feel like an old friend.
You read your poetry slowly, I'll dance around the stage quickly, and we can share responsibility for the deeply uncomfortable feeling in the room afterward.
I love audio-biographies read by the author! I've been a fan of Lindsey Stirling long before she was a household name. I feel like a proud Mom showing off my muse and how she didn't color in the lines to reach her success. Please excuse me while I go binge on Lindsey's YouTube Channel.
Being a huge Lindsey fan, I‘m too biased to give an accurate review. I loved the book, although (and this hurts me to say) the first couple of chapters were for a younger audience. I used the exact signature from my personal signed copy for an addition to my tattoo of The Oval Portrait, by E.A.Poe, with Lindsey being the subject of the painting...#ovalportrait #poe
"She was a maiden of rarest beauty, and not more lovely than full of glee....”
Been a fan of Lindsey Stirling from the beginning. I went with the audiobook and enjoyed listening to her narration. She's adorable and extremely genuine. We've been to four of her concerts and are happy for her growing success. 🎻🎼
A thrilling glimpse into the quirky violinist and where she started. This book, especially the audiobook really brings you closer to Lindsey and listening to her thrilling story, and what makes her do what she does, is worth it.
🌟🌟🌟🌟
As a fan of Lindsey Stirling's music I really enjoyed her book. It's entertaining, deep in some parts and fluff in others. Makes me want to go back and watch her YouTube videos.
Bout of books catch up! I can't remember what book number this was. 4? 5? I forgot. But I read it! I had never heard of her until she popped up on my Spotify one day and I became a fan and since it was so highly recommended I had to check it out. She's utterly adorable. #boutofbooks
Meh. Quick, sometimes funny, but too meandering.
And now for something lighter! And shorter!
Cute and quirky just like Lindsey. She is so honest and it makes the book feel so fresh and light. Definitely worth a read!
