Here‘s my final stats for September‘s monster sized #BookSpinBingo board! The final count was 48 books read from this selection. I did also read a handful of mood reads, making my September total 77. 😱 SUPER proud of those numbers. Let‘s see if I can match that in October! 😉

Sisterhood Series - I read about 8 of these books back around 2010. The first book I really enjoyed. They are somewhat formulaic but still fun reads. I loved scouring used book stores for the next installment then. I have not carried on with the series, but would still recommend the first book.
A quick, easy, fun read that I blew through in one sitting!! I wasn‘t sure what to expect about this story: seven women form a club (the “Sisterhood”) so they can find justice for the big ways they‘ve been wronged. But it worked for me and I‘m 100% moving on to the next one in the series. They operate outside of the law, and YES it requires suspension of disbelief. But I‘ve craved easy, breezy reading lately and this story really fit that bill.
1. 🤷🏻♀️🤗🙌🏼 (As a bonus: 🥳. There‘s been a lot of celebratory texts lately.👍🏼)

I loved this book so much! A friend from work recommended this series to me and I‘m very glad she did! The appeal of a series of books about a group of women who vow revenge against those that wrong them was very strong for me! This is the first book in The Sisterhood series and I am definitely ready for book 2!
I‘ve read several Fern Michaels books over the years and found them just to be okay. Nothing special, just meh. Except this one. It‘s amazing. The first in long running Sisterhood series, it‘s a take on revenge. A group of women take revenge on men and women who have done them wrong, both physically and emotionally. What these women do in this book is ultimate revenge. #IllMakeYouSorry #NoFemmeber
I‘m a bit mixed on this one. The story was entertaining, but I sure didn‘t like the women, nor did I agree with what they were doing. I also found it difficult to believe that Nikki would put her career on the line like that. I also found that it was too quick and easy that they were able to find the people they wanted revenge on. I also feel like the cover is quite misleading – it‘s a pretty white cover with flowers… hmmmmm.
Super late to the party, but whatever!
