wanderinglynn @Chrissyreadit I have a military P.O. Box, so it‘s considered American domestic mail. But I do know you have to fill out a customs form to ship packages to APO/FPO addresses even though it gets shipped at domestic prices. (edited) 4y

I have a question about sending a book through the mail.

I‘m tired of never having the appropriate size of bubble mailer when I‘m ready to send a book to another Litten. 🙄 I end up having to make a quick dash to Wal-Mart or Office Depot or package it at the post office.

I‘d like to buy some in bulk, but I‘m undecided about a good size to invest in and the best place to purchase.

Anybody want to share what they do?

Kaila-ann I bought some in bulk from amazon- some pretty, fun patterns for the smaller books and then some regular, padded ones for the bigger/hardback ones. I can give you the links if you like 😊! 5y

Mitch I have 2 sizes.. A5 that works well for one book ( trade paperback) and A4 that works well for hardback and a few extra goodies! 5y

wanderinglynn I too am normally running to the local store to buy an envelope. 😂 But if I‘m just mailing a book (nothing else), I will wrap the book in plastic wrap (to protect it from weather) and then wrap it in brown Kraft paper (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H9GQF7J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_KjaGDb61CPCZQ), which is cheaper to buy than envelops. 5y

LibrarianRyan I get mine from amazon. 8.5 x12 is a nice size and holds most books unless they are super thick. I also recently bought bigger ones for graphic novels but think I may have gotten them too big. 5y
