I started this #AudioCommute the other day. I liked book one of the Mystic Bayou series, so I figured book 2 would be right up my alley. So far it's not disappointing. Zeb is absolutely adorable! (Also the voice of the narrator is so handsome!)

Book 2 of the Mystic Bayou series was just as good as the first. Loved the characters and Zeb is a great characters. I would go so far as to call him cute. If you can call a bear shifter that? 🤔 Anyhow... story was solid and I loved the humor. Looking forward to book 3. 3.5ish ⭐️

so-soI was a little disappointed in the second of the series. The plot seemed a little thin and the characters appeared weak to me. I liked the first one better, although I still like the world the author has drawn up.

I put my 2nd request in 3 weeks to add the title of this latest book in the Mystic Bayou series to the Litsy database. I finished today but can‘t review it until it‘s added. A 👍pick as this series is so fun & funny when you just can‘t deal with things. The soup is the start of Hungarian Mushroom Soup-a favorite recipe from a PDX eatery. Out of season maybe, but I need to use up 3lbs of sour cream from work. Finished 🍲pics later.
Weird reading week. Took me at least twice as long to read The Intuitionist as it usually does a book that size. After that, I was really in the mood for something fluffy, so I read a P&P variation, & then the sequel to the variation, & now I'm reading the tagged book. Mostly, though, my brother convinced me to start playing Stardew Valley & now I can't stop! 😂
