The great February book haul: I‘m still working on collecting this series. I was so lucky to find these this weekend!! Set in #Botswana, which will be coming up later in the year for #foodandlit @Catsandbooks

#BookReport. As much as I love Mma Ramotswe and the Botswana setting this series is becoming a bit one note for me. I enjoyed both Saint X and Year of Wonders. I have had trouble landing on my current reads and am hoping these stick while also keeping up with buddy reads. Liking Yellowface the most out of the 4.
💙 I wish Mma Ramotswe was my IRL friend.
Spotting a vehicle identical to her late beloved little white van, she says “I‘m going to check. There is place where a post hit me.” 😂
Look @TheAromaofBooks ! This is the first time I‘ve gotten a #bookspinbingo! (I think I‘ll have a second by this weekend!). I‘m having a lot of fun with this, thank you for creating it 😁.
These books are such comfort reads for me! This one had me with eyes almost brimming over several times, as Mma Romatswe offers kind words to someone who needs to hear them, and then reunites with an old friend.
Somehow I hadn‘t read this one before. It‘s 12th in the series and the first that isn‘t a reread for me.
Igor says “hello!”

This also brings me my first #bookspinbingo!
I think I"ll make a gentle start to October by paying a call on Mma Ramotswe in Botswana and see what she's up to.
Always delightful to spend a few hours in her company and see what she is currently philosophising about. This one is book 12 in this delightful series. #botswana
