I was excited about the idea but it wasn‘t quite what I was hoping for. Definitely a manga for young children. It seemed like there were lines that meant to be sing-song but it came off very silly. Just didn‘t keep me interested for the next volumes. I was also hoping he would get lost in a different holiday besides Christmas Town. There are other doors to explore!

I almost forgot to post a review of this one! It‘s a very cute follow-up to a childhood favorite of mine. Jack‘s dog Zero gets lost in Christmas Town after a fetch mishap. As promised by the title, most of the book follows Zero. The storytelling feels a little clumsy and uneven, but I‘d recommend giving this a read if you want a cute read or just love Nightmare Before Christmas. #Comic #Halloween #Christmas #NightmareBeforeChristmas

I think it was cute, but honestly this first volume didn't have a lot of substance so it was kind of disappointing. 2.5/5🌟

Yay! Book 1 came in! In Halloween town, Jack is playing fetch with Zero when he is sucked into a portal and ends up in Christmas Town. Jack can‘t leave because of a very important Halloween meeting and so he sends 3 minions to rescue Zero. Meanwhile, Zero is valiantly trying to find his way home. Book 2 tomorrow! (note: these are manga from Tokyo Pop).
