pickI was stuck somewhere without a book & ended up reading this for the 1st time in 20 years. The quick pacing, clever puzzles, & story of women being erased from history held up. The endless mansplaining & self-flagellating monk were tiresome. I remember reading this in college and not being able to put it down. It‘s still a fun ride and I loved the references to locations through out Europe. Entertaining for sure.

pickCaptured my interest right from the first page. Fast paced and intriguing, I instantly fell in love with the characters, the writing, and the story-line. Definitely recommend if you like a good mystery and detective story.

pickI remember watching National Treasure as a kid and then wondering if all the conspiracy stuff about the Founding Fathers is true - this book is the adult version of that! I don‘t want to give away too much of the plot, so I‘ll say this: what starts as a murder mystery changes as codes, secret societies, and hidden messages come to life through paintings and architecture. Will the secret be found, revealed, or destroyed? Depends who finds it first.
Enjoying my long weekend by starting a new book! I‘ve never read this one yet and never saw the movie, so I‘m really excited!

pickCertainly a controversial book, which was I read it. I haven't read much of thriller novels, but this is one of the best thriller novel. Considering it to be a work of fiction, I enjoyed reading it. It has a lot of controversial facts, but I read this as a thriller fiction novel. At the same time while considering it to be a non fiction, this book disappoints me. Anyhow it's worth a read. #litsy

1) tagged and the sequel "The Lost Symbol" - interesting, ye-no; kept me on my toes, no. I could see through the mystery very early on. From there it felt like watching a Detective Colombo episode in Mission Impossible style.
2) I'd love to have a cozy book nook for any reading.

pickIt‘s been a while since I read this book, but I enjoyed it even more this second time than I did the first. It certainly doesn‘t hurt that so many people act as if this book came from the theology section instead of the fiction section. A story that gets people‘s feathers up because they‘re too busy taking themselves far too seriously: what‘s not to love?!
