When I'm sad, I re-read the Lux series.

Gonna post a few #bookspinbingo updates because I‘ve been sick (not Covid) and I‘ve only had time to read. Just now getting to updating my bujo and litsy. I‘m determined to finis this series though the main couple do annoy me a bit.

Armentrout is staying pretty consistent throughout these books. I enjoyed this one about as much as I did the first one. Maybe not the most memorable, but still a fun way to pass the time.

These covers are a bit funny but also I love them! I can‘t wait to read this series. Armentrout always draws me in!

Oh my freaking gosh! This was amazing. It had romance and a lot of action and suspense. I loved Katy and Daemon together and the angst. I loved how Katy had to learn to face the consequences from Obsidian. So good. Can‘t wait to read Opal.

What a pair!
I loved them before and it didn't stop here. The feeling intensified. I want them to be together forever and I want them to have everything they want in life.
If there is another book, I need it like yesterday.
The one problem I have with this story is parts of the ending felt rushed. Some key parts happened and I wish the author had taken more time with them.

Liatened to this on audio. Can't get over some of the funny one liners throughout. Also found myself lauging out loud at a scene with Daemon in Katy's blog. Overall, a good read and I'll continue to listen to the rest of the series.

Some quotes in this book have me laughing out loud so hard! I wish I could find a graphic for the quote "This chick was cracked like Humpty Dumpty." But this is another funny one.

As always, Jennifer L. Armentrout does not disappoint!

My dear sweet, Jen - I don‘t know how you did this. I fell head over heels for Katy immediately! Then the hottie douche canoe neighbor sealed the deal. Finding out is other worldly good looks weren‘t an exaggeration? GAH. I wasn‘t much for sci-fi alien types of reads before, but once I was in this one there was no going back!
