Extreme Halfpipe Snowboarding Moves | 
This is Jake Burton Carpenter, the man who brought snowboarding to the world. He passed away last night at 65 years of age. I worked for him for a number of years & he singlehandedly taught me that you can be a wealthy business owner and also be incredibly generous with your employees. He especially loved to give gifts and $ at Xmas, and would shut down work when a big snowstorm came so employees could snowboard. He was a kind & gentle leader.
