Such an underrated fantasy series 🙈🙈
Brilliant continuation from The Black Witch. I really love how the author relays the real-world-problem in her fantasy world. The characters are a lot and growing and very complex. I can't help falling hard for Elloren, she's powerless yet she has a very strong conviction. I really hope the 3rd book will be better🤞
pickBook 2 of the Black Witch Chronicles was significantly better than the first. I am glad that I stuck with this one and I am hoping that Book 3 is just as good. But I have to wait till the end of the month for book 3.
pickThings are becoming more exciting, the characters are dealing with complex situations, the action gets better and better. I found it binge worthy.
pickMan, I usually think at the end of a YA book that I know is part of a series: "oh jeez...why couldn't they just wrap it up here?"
Total opposite with this one! I cannot wait to read the next one! Elloren has come out as my new favorite heroine, and she got stronger as a character as the book went on.

Time for another good reread.
pick“The Black Witch” story picks up where it left off. The mage council delivers racist rules by the day. It‘s an action packed book. There are a lot of twists and turns. A reveal about the shadow wand. The ending is making it hard for me to wait until the next installment comes out.

pickTook my time with this book but I enjoyed it. It is a YA fantasy, the first in a new trilogy. I feel that the story is very relatable to the current state of world affairs from a global scale right down to individual communities.
