Eat That Frog! Action Workbook
Eat That Frog! Action Workbook: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time | Brian Tracy
The workbook follows the same twenty-one-chapter format as the book. Each chapter includes four exercises with space to do the exercises on the pages. The workbook will also include a narrative character who is struggling with procrastination in her work and home lives and uses the recommendations from Eat That Frog! to improve her time management performance.

This book is exactly what it says. Inside are 21 actionable steps anyone can take to get done what needs to be done. There is a lot of value contained within this short book. Another one that should be read often. I've started a few of the ideas outlined. Get it and eat that frog!!

This intrigues me. I need "time management" in my busy life. This looks to be a book of actionable steps, not theory.

This was recommended in one of those productivity reading lists and since it was a short audiobook I decided to give it a go.
The points are all what one generally hears from productivity gurus so it was no better or no worse than any other book. However, I think I am currently a bit burnt out from work, so the “go-go-go“ / just motivate yourself attitude is not working for me right now. 😅

Remember, you have no spare time. You will never catch up. Pick the tasks that have the greatest value impact and take care of those.
In order to start something new you must stop doing something that you're currently in.

If you were to ask me the number one thing I should #Stop doing, it would be procrastinating. My mom used to call me a “procrastinating perfectionist”—putting off what I didn‘t want to do but then working extra hard & late to do it with perfection. I‘m better than I used to be but I still will pull out this quick & easy read with its good tips about overcoming procrastination when I find myself sliding backwards. #🍽🐸📚

What a great book! It has really helped me think about the work I should be doing and in what order to accomplish it. The closing chapter alone with the list of things to do and not do is worth the audible credit.

Yesterday's prompt was #BestDay, #septemberdanes @Cinfhen @Kalalalatja.

Stopping procrastinating can get you to a point where every day becomes your #BestDay.

Third edition already, this book might be good.

Kalalalatja I‘m way too good at procrastinating 😂😂 6y
