I love a good TinTin book! Been years since I've read them and now I found a large collection of them that I'll be reading through.

This is a great study into the Holy Spirit. Ryrie addresses so many facets of the Holy Spirit. If you have questions or are simply curious about the Holy Spirit then this book is a really good resource from a really good teacher.

A really solid book! Overall this book really forces you to evaluate your thought process and why you believe what you believe.
The authors focus on a few narrow topics that are pretty controversial and spark highly emotional responses. But their principles apply to pretty much every area of life. Are you convinced of a mindset based off heuristics or based off quantitative data? Be aware of the why behind your life choices

A really fascinating look at the development of societies across the globe and why certain areas ended up with certain staples while other areas remained primitive for decades.
It is a bit dry and academic so if you can get past those elements then you will have a nice perspective of human development.

This is a great little book for #sports trivia fans. It's a fascinating look at a variety of sports. I'd recommend reading with a group of sports friends.

I'm FINALLY getting around to reading this enduring play. I shockingly know nothing about this Christie production so I'm exited to go into The Mousetrap completely blind. Truly the queen of mystery.

This was a solid little mystery. Nothing super thrilling but didn't drag either. For a Miss Marple mystery it doesn't really feature her much until the end. I'm not disappointed I read this story but it's not on my re-read list either. I say read it but don't expect to be blown away.

The stories are pretty easy to follow and you are not kept in the dark about much so it's nice to be able to follow along with the action which is pretty fast paced. If you're looking for a who-done-it then you'll need to turn elsewhere.

This book is an easy read. Marx clearly lays out the call to follow Jesus with your life and fight for what God commands. It's an encouraging look at what happens to someone's life that's surrendered to following God. At times the macho feels a bit much but that's the price of making the point that we often let weakness and fear run our lives.

First review in a long time. I finally finished this trilogy! It was a really insightful look into the life of an incredibly interesting man who died too soon. Highly recommend if you're interested in Teddy. I will admit it did drag a bit at the end.
