🎄🎁Yes, it was last month, nothing related with books but will help me to read on Christmas day. It was a basket with sweet and salty snacks😋It is under the tree. I have learned to be patient to open gifts after so many swaps in Litsy☺️I will open the basket on Christmas Day!

Soubhi, it‘s here! We‘ve been busy and not checking the post office (sometimes it‘s a pain to not have a home mail delivery option), but Tony went today and your box has arrived! 🎉 I‘ve stashed these beauties away on one of my nonfiction bookcases, which is not in view while I‘m reading, so I can hold out as long as possible. 😬 I love the sloth paper, by the way. Thank you so much!

I feel like I‘ve been gone for ages and it‘s only been a few days. Thought I‘d show you my haul from Christmas Day. Think I did well. Now it‘s time to get started getting ready for 2019 challenges. Other than Goodreads I am notoriously bad at challenges. I do, however, enjoy a good buddyread! On to 2019!!!

I just purchased a book as a gift for someone who isn‘t on Litsy! I always feel nervous about choosing books for other people. Is that weird?

In other news, I briefly thought I threw my iPad in with the recycling when I cleaned out my tote bag this morning. Fortunately, it had merely slid out and underneath the seat in my car when I had to brake sharply on the commute.
