There's a lot that's uncertain & crappy in the world right now, but at least we have Twin Peaks Day. ☕🥧🪵
I'm very happy with this book, it was again; compiled very well and easy to read. I was also glad to find out more about certain characters some of which were key characters and some minor - I was glad to find out more of them all and get some conclusion.

🚹 3 characters I recently enjoyed.

This sequel both to Frost‘s “The Secret History of Twin Peaks” and the series, this novel (told as a sequence of FBI reports from Agent Tammy Preston) provides a degree of narrative closure about the characters and events - particularly the 25 years between seasons 2 and 3. This version of Preston (as narrated by Annie Wersching) is far more interesting than the TV version. A must for those who finished season 3 still wondering “How‘s Annie?”
This is my mom‘s latest #libraryhaul - but I get to enjoy them with her!
The rain is wishful thinking. I would much prefer that to the hot 90 degree temps we are going to have all weekend 😓
I wanted something to scratch my Twin Peaks itch, but this book fell short. It felt too much like a bunch of episode recaps combined with backstory that didn't make the televised scripts. I didn't expect (or even want) answers to the big questions The Return gave us, but this just seemed like an unnecessary addition to the TP world.
When your library hold for a book on one of the greatest TV shows of all time comes in right after you start a reading a book about another one of the greatest TV shows of all time. 😩
Been really wanting to rewatch Twin Peaks The Return, but since I don't have 18 hours for that right now I'm starting this book.
Cleared up a little, opened up new questions, in true Twin Peaks form. I'd love to see a new series that centers on the story of Diane.
Look at all that‘s happened here. One town. The commonplace, familiar, and ordinary—everything we think we know, until you sense the deep, unsettling strangeness informing all of it.

Finished this over coffee. Didn‘t quite live up to the greatness of The Secret History which I absolutely loved and totally consumed me, but an essential volume nonetheless, with some shocking twists to the already twisted story.
This fell between so-so and a pick for me. The Secret History was so good, and I forgot that this was only going to be a dossier so it would be less meaty. It naturally left out some characters because Twin Peaks and nothing will ever fully be answered but it did give closure on some others and opened one big new mystery. Well it confirmed it really. I am still glad I read it and I think my feelings may change as I give it time.
I went on a book buying bender this afternoon. Stack 1 of Half Price Books #bookhaul
AMAZING! I'm a huge Twin Peaks fan and this was just a great book, especially if you watched the most recent season- it clears up so much stuff! Mark Frost is a genius 😭😍
As a die-hard Twin Peaks lover, this was awesome! If you've watched the new season, definitely get your hands on this! Quite a few things were explained and it's so cool!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I'm officially off from a 36-hour work weekend and I couldn't be more ready to start this! 🌲🦉⛰
A MUST READ after you finish watching the new season! I read it in one sitting! I‘m still freaking out!
Not a bad month considering how busy I‘ve been. Only 2 books away from my annual GoodReads goal!
I read the entire thing while on candy duty tonight. It definitely filled some holes in the show. I love that it was written in individual subject files. I‘m just so sad that it‘s over. Like it‘s over, over. There‘s no guarantee that there will be another season or another book for that matter. 😢
Halloween is my favorite!! @ElizaTodd and I carved a pumpkin, bought the new TP Dossier and built a bonfire! Life is good! Happy Halloween 🎃👻🖤🦇
It‘s here!! It‘s finally here!! Passing out candy and reading this tonight! 🦉🌲🔮✨
Trying to keep busy while waiting for my copy of Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier to arrive in the mail. I was hoping it would come early, but looks like it will be here tomorrow. 😫
It's been a bit crazy round here so I'm catching up on my #uncannyOctober challenges. My #Octobermostanticipated and #waiting book happen to be one and the same. It doesn't come out until Halloween. I've been waiting since season 3 of Twin Peaks ended! @RealLifeReading
Just finished binge watching the new season of Twin Peaks and fell down the rabbit hole of reading episode recaps and conspiracy theories, discovering there are books, putting them all in my TBR, and pretending that any if it will ever make sense. I need a book-length episode blow by blow that decides it all for me! 😳
After the season finale of Twin Peaks last night, I'm even more excited/ ready for The Final Dossier ⛰🦉🌲
