Today's #aboutabook is with a mystery which makes me think of books I've enjoyed that have had a side of mystery. Like this one-romance with a side of mystery.

Read this a long, long, time ago and remember loving it. Found it on hoopla so I‘m giving it a reread. Hoping I love the second time around.
#quotsyjune19 @TK-421 #jerk “He...turned his head to glare at her. ‘I knew you were trouble the first time I saw you.‘ ‘What do you mean, trouble?‘ She sat up, glaring back at him. ‘I am not trouble! I‘m a very nice person except when I have to deal with jerks!‘ ‘You‘re the worst kind of trouble,‘ he snapped. ‘You‘re marrying trouble.‘”
#Debra‘s5kgiveaway @Kdgordon88 It‘s so hard to pick a favourite book so I‘ll go with one of my top 5: Mr.Perfect by Linda Howard. The MC is hilarious and the romance is great. It‘s also got suspense and murder and a twist ending. As for most wished for book, right now I‘m into anything by Tijan. She‘s great and delivers great angsty soap operas you can‘t put down.
So, I have never read a Linda Howard book. I just do not read a lot of romance. She writes suspense romance. However, after listening to her talk, I have placed a few on my library hold list. She was a delightful speaker. And something that I never expected a “romance” writer to talk about was chasing escaped cows back into the pens. #alabamabookfestival
I have only read one other Linda Howard book and it didn't particularly impress me, but this book was terrific. It was one of those books that leaves you thinking about the characters and going over the plot points in your mind. I really enjoyed it!
I love this book. I've read it so many times that it is like visiting an old friend.
I had a hard time finding a #MinimalistCover on my shelves, but, then I dug out this old gem! I think it maybe time to reread my favorite Linda Howard novel! I'm really having a lot of fun with this #AugustPhotoChallenge #AugustOfPages
I read this for the #OSRBC on FB. I really didn't like this one very much. There was a lot of sexual harassment in the workplace and it was treated as a funny thing. The hero & heroine seemed confused about how birth control actually works and they also decided they were in love & should get married ASAP the first time they had sex. I did like the friendship between the heroine & several secondary characters so I'm not panning it.
