This was beautiful ? it was very soft sci-fi (maybe even steampunk) the "robots" were made with alchemy.
Really the characters were everything for me ? but it was also fast paced and the plot seemed solid. And the world building was great.
In all I really enjoyed it!

The was a fun revenge plot. I quite liked the characters and it was so casually diverse. The world building was good though not fully brought to the page. The ending was a bit rushed with multiple reveals that weren't properly forshadowed. I did enjoy this but probably won't pick up the sequel.

I finished this last night and it was quite good. There were some repetitive bits and some things seemed a bit disjointed but it was fun and I really liked the characters, they were quite well fleshed out. Will definitely pick up the sequel.

This was really good. There was a lesson I felt would have been much more impactful had it been learned a different way, I do however recognize that way might not have fit as nicely with the setup of the next book.
I really loved the characters and the world seemed very well fleshed out 💜.

Disclamer, I almost never read contemporary.

This was pretty cute. The main character didn't seem to actually care about the outcome of her goal and a lot of the solutions seemed too easy. However I liked the characters and it seemed to do a great job of immersing me in the feel of Australia.
