Just finished this amazing book! Full of short and not so short stories about women and our lives. Some parts were slow.. but only because the topic of the chapter wasn't overly​ interesting to me (war). Some chapters require you to dig deep into your metaphor box, while others leave you wondering if what's on the page is the only message being shared.

While this book is suspenseful and a quick read, the ending was expected around fifty pages or so before the "big reveal" at the end of the book. Nothing wrong with being able to solve the mystery you're reading, just not my style. So much suspense and build up only to have a fast and obvious ending.
