❤️
The Winter Sister is a solid thriller!
Just finished Vox - was low key anxious throughout but I think I liked it?!? 😆😜
I finished this book in one day and enjoyed it. If you are a sugar sweet romance fan, this one is for you! It follows three friends over the course of 10 years, chronicling their love along the way. 💕
This had me hooked! It slowed toward the middle and now I can‘t decide exactly how I feel about it.
It follows the story of a young professional named Candace as the city of New York shuts down because of a rampant fever. Candace is the daughter of immigrants and that is explored in her relationships and work.
It‘s sad, it‘s funny and weird, and it includes a healthy dose of nice, end of the world zombies performing every day routines.
Busting out a highlighter for this one. 😆
Finished in 24 hours, on par with Big Little Lies (my favorite Liane read), enjoyed immensely!
Starting this one today. Anyone finished it? Thoughts?
Next up! The cover is gorgeous and it promises to be ‘emotionally cathartic‘ which is what I seem to need as we transition to colder and darker days!
Starting a new one!
I‘m not a huge memoir reader but this one has me hooked.
Prepping for more writing with my new job with this book of solid words from Anne Lamott.
