Sorry I've been away from you all! I had such a busy April with my sister's medical issues, and then packing up a household of stuff to bring to the cabin! We've been here a week, one week to go! I have lots of book reports to post! But I'm just chilling and reading the days away!!

so-soThis puts the romp in space romp with that signature Firefly western bent. What I expected and not half bad for the pulp and spin-off that it is!

This was an ok backstory of Shepherd Book, but it was a bit odd. It was told in a backwards fashion, and there wasn't a lot of meat to the story. The art was decent. Overall, it was a very short not bad way to pass a little time, but it's not something I'd seek out.
Book 1/2 finished for #20in4 (easy finish at 59 pages)

pickThis was...fine. Like watching one of the more mediocre episodes of the show. Hopefully these comics will get a little more exciting as the storyline progresses. The art is very good. (disclosure: I read a different edition of this long ago, but this one had extra materials, and it's a nicer copy. So I bought it and reread it.)
