The Recommendation | Jonathan Caren

I need some recommendations! I'm in a slump, I feel like I've read every book that fits my taste although I know that's not possible. Basically, I have read every new release thriller that is not a crime thriller or police procedural (I hate detective novels that extend into huge series). I'm not only a fan of thrillers but my taste is in domestic or psychological in that genre. I would love to get suggestions for Literary Fiction as well. Help!!

Bette Hey! I really did like Long Stretch…the author puts two very different girls together (one has a mouth on her…but her outbursts usually had me laughing, I don‘t mind swearing) so I found it very engaging. Good characters, interesting mystery, I tend to like cold cases. 2y

Guilty Pleasures: An Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter Novel | Laurell K. Hamilton

Calling it a night on my #AwesomeAugust #readathon Day2. It‘s 1.30am Sunday morning here & I‘m going cross eyed trying to knit so I think it‘s bedtime for me. Decided to go with a Slytherin colour choice for bubbas blankie, thanks to a suggestion by a fellow #litsycrafter (can‘t remember who though🤷🏻‍♀️)& the fact his mummy is a slytherin.
