Texreader @blithebuoyant Same! Armitage is a dream narrator. Chimes isn‘t as good as Christmas Carol but I enjoyed it. I never knew that I‘d like Dickens (freshman year Tale of Two Cities was not a good start) but I fell in love with him with these Christmas books. 4y

blithebuoyant @Texreader bruhhhhh a tale of two cities had me legit asleep for half the book, Charles Dickens is so MF wordy I can‘t deal with it. But I LOVE A Christmas Carol and it‘s such a short read. Speaking of Armitage, if you haven‘t listened to his narration of the Romeo and Juliet novelization, omg get on that, it is BOMB. 4y
