pickI loved this beautiful graphic novel. When you're different in a small town, it's difficult to find a way to feel normal. This graphic novel tackles feeling like an outsider, fighting for your dreams, coming out, superpowers, deep and lasting friendship, and complicated family Dynamics. so-soSaw this on Hoopla and decided to try it (that's my favorite way to discover comics). The art is beautiful, and it is a great space drama. The characters are interesting, but they didn't feel fleshed out to me. The problem is interesting too, but seemed to come out of nowhere.
