Hello. After months of- perhaps close to a year -of not being able to sign on to Litsy. After many frustrating attempts I broke down and just created a whole new profile. Which sucks because all the people I followed, all the content created is gone. Anyway - here‘s to 2024 hopefully working out on here and to be back to building up the great community here I had before. 🫶

Lindy Welcome back and I‘m sorry to hear that you‘ve had such an ordeal. 12mo
Lindy You can still find all your old content under your old account, although it sucks that you can‘t create new stuff there. @Penny_LiteraryHoarders 12mo
wanderinglynn Welcome back! But sorry to hear you had such a time. 12mo

A very good historical novel. Lots of detail but compelling characters. I liked the matter-of-fact and highly competent Jayne, as well as her mum and Lady Stickland. This was a big book but the story moved at a good pace, with the right mix of drama and quieter scenes. And as far as I know, it‘s a stand-alone novel, making it a satisfying one-time read for those with too many series on the go.

Book 3 in the Dorset Crime Series. A murder takes place on a remote island that causes difficulties in the investigation of that murder where initially there appear no suspects. Another very good book in this fast paced series, with an interesting ending. @Tove_Reads

Book 1 finished for #20in4 and book 25 in #Rushathon @DieAReader @Ghabi4Roses

I loved the The Last Hours and The Turn of Midnight- 2 of my all time favorite historical fiction books. And just learned there is a new book- 1600‘s and female Dr? Did that even happen? I still bet this is a book I want to read!

CoverToCoverGirl How exciting and I loved both books too! 3y
