I freaking loved The Way of Kings, but I loved this even more. This follows right after the first book. There was a lot of oh crap moments, some plot twists, humor, and just a lot of character growth. Soooo good. Pick this series up!!!

I literally binged the first one so I was glad to have the foresight to buy book 2 at the same time (always a risky choice when you start a series).

This sequel did not disappoint. I loved keeping up with the characters from Book 1. Some snippets are clearly there for a larger purpose and will not make sense till i‘ve read the next one but that‘s fine by me. I binged again, read it in 3 days.

Almost over 80% of the book... so far I know that this is the kind of story I have been waiting to read my entire life! I‘m fully engrossed. An epic fantasy genre lives up to its name.. this is really an EPIC story telling. Pls don‘t even think of making it into a movie 😀 Let it always be inked in the papers so that we can go crazy with our imaginations... it‘s absolutely beautiful!

Finally starting with the Stormlight Archive. It‘s not going to be light reading. From what I have learnt so far, is that, a huge part goes in world formation and understanding the ecology of this series. Also the living beings mentioned here have different biological formation. I ll take my own sweet time to understand them better.. meanwhile I ll also be reading other lighter books.

I have been researching on the best epic fantasy novels to read and Sanderson's The Stormlight Archive has come on top everywhere.. so ordered them online and got them today.. so very excited. My only regret is I wish I had the 1st one in hardcover too. These books look delicious. I can't wait to dive into them soon.
