1. Yes! Yes! Yes!😊
2. Tagged.
3. Haruki Murakami. His magical realism storytelling always takes me where I least expect it. Same as David Lynch with his surreal movies. You never know what's happening, where the story is going and why. Love it.

Wanna play? @RaeLovestoRead @Enchanted_Bibliophile @StaceGhost @kezzlou85

RaeLovesToRead Thanks for the tag! I'll have a think! 🤔 3y
BookmarkTavern Murakami is a great pick! Thank you for sharing! 💙 3y
StaceGhost Yes! I agree! But I like Murakami more than Lynch lol 3y

1. Hmmm... Japan, the British Isles, Central/Middle America. Or right here, where I am. Like south Germany a lot better now I've got my darlings here.

2. In a book? From what I remember, 'Zuhause' (At home) by Icelandic author Kristof Magnusson had a great description of coming home after a long absence.

3. Tagged. Haven't read it yet, but it's set on partly around the East Frisian Islands, where I holiday often and feel at home somehow...

Pickpick

This one definitely leant further into the absurd when it comes to the scale of ridiculous happenings occurring in #discworldbooks , but I do very much enjoy the stories that feature Death as a character more prominently within the #discworldseries . Unsurprisingly, given the character, there is poignancy to the tale as well. Good read! #terrypratchett #sundayreading #sundayread #fantasybooks

An interesting way to describe dracula, or the vampire lore. Halfway through the book and the third act is getting better and better.

⭐️3.6
An intriguing world that Maniscalco has builded, many secrets & the previous books questions were answered, intimate romance. Even though I feel like it could have presented the book more accurately? connecting some storylines together would be a better fit to the book.

Ok, 50 mins on the elliptical, laundry folded, 2 crockpots meals started, and cleaned up my mess. Time to get into this behemoth today with a large cup of vanilla tea. 🍵 #readingtime #sundayreading
