Not a crazy amount of reading done today as I left work early to take this little Wiggle to the city for his first ever concert 🥰

I did manage to finish the last little bit my #audiobook on the highway though. I'm not sure if I need a break from the series or what but I wasn't feeling this story as much as the others. It was good, but not great. One more to go!

I read way too many thrillers. I had this one pegged in the first quarter 😑

Torn between this being my favourite of the series and my least favourite at the same time. I did enjoy the background of Sarah and Jeffrey but it felt a little dragged on to me. Also, how are any of these people allowed to make decisions on anything? I question your judgement. All of it.

I didn't like this as much as the previous two books in the series but this was still an amazing read! I'm kind of getting over Sarah and Jeffrey a little bit. It's getting kind of old. Lena...well I'm starting to sympathize with her self destructive behaviour but she's still grating on my nerves. I need some development to go with the storyline!

Anyway...onto book 4!

I'm officially obsessed with this series. 😍

Kisscut was a bit harder to listen to than Blindsighted, given the nature of the storyline, but nothing that I couldn't handle.

I'm not feeling Lena though. She is driving me absolutely mad as a character and making all the worst choices as a cop. Someone tell me she gets easier to deal with 😕

I was planning to start this series and binge at the beginning of summer but life happens and I hardly picked up a book. I'm not ready for summer to be over yet so I'm starting the #SummerOfSlaughter now 🤣

Absolutely loved this! I've picked up different Slaughter books here and there over the years but I think I'm already hooked on Grant County. Diving right into the next book immediately!!
