I haven‘t finished the ARC from NetGalley, but this book released yesterday and I‘ve loved what I‘ve read so far. Since today is the first day I‘ve left my house since Saturday, I stopped at B&N over lunch to grab it. Maybe having the print version will inspire me to read, since I haven‘t even cracked a book at all in two days. #migrainessuck #bookhaul

riversong153 I have migraines too. Something that helps me (besides medication) is a cold compress on the side of my head that‘s hurting, low lights, lavender and soft low piano music. I do this at work because I cannot take off everytime i get a migraine. I turn the lights off in my office listen to a pandora station that plays that type of music and put a little lavender oil on my temples. 7y

Cinfhen Thanks so much everyone 🙂especially all the good advice @riversong153 I know to turn down the lights, and I take medication but I never thought about cold compress or music ~ generally any noise just further aggravates my headache. I'm pretty sure this headache is from lack of sleep @Ms_T @TrishB @DivineDiana @Cathythoughts @Reviewsbylola @Kalalalatja @SilversReviews @Tamra 7y

Reviewsbylola I always do either an ice pack or a heating pack. A lot of times I alternate back and forth. Definitely try it! 7y

I have had the litsy migraine today. Hardly read any book pages due to constant nausea....although scrolling internet pages seems to be ok!!
Maybe it's just going back to work sickness for tomorrow after 2.5 weeks off.
