Just a tiny #LibraryBookHaul today. I stopped in to drop off books & pick up the tagged book for #NancyDrewBR & stopped from checking anything else out as I have too much to read already. I did grab Our Missing Hearts which is on my TBR for $1 at the library book store & 2 Free Comic Book Day bookmarks.

The book🐔🐔say I broke even, +1 point for not checking out extra books this week & -1 point for buying another to add to the giant TBR stacks!

#LibraryBookHaul My library hosts AARP tax seminars on Saturdays which is a lovely thing for our Kūpuna (grandparents/honored elders) but makes tax season Sat. parking tough. It‘s open late Thursdays, so I dashed out last night to grab my holds for #NancyDrewBR #SheSaid & #Naturalitsy + All In (Book 3 in The Naturals series). I also found Mr. Kato Plays Family which looks sweet & my favorite librarian gave me the tagged #ARC

Yesterday‘s smallish #LibraryBookHaul 📚 I went to pick up my holds on the tagged book so I can read the follow-up to What Moves the Dead & Relish, a reread for my virtual foodie book club & grabbed the latest (book 5) for #NancyDrewBR & saw Tales of Korea that I thought would be fun for #FoodandLit

I‘m ready to start my new reading year off right with a great #bookhaul from the Elgin (TX) Public Library. The tagged book was a surprise find on their shelves, and I‘m really excited to read it! #librarybookhaul 🥳

My unexpected #librarybookhaul today. The tagged book is a hold pickup (thanks @ThePageantHam and @Eyelit for the rec!), and the other two are surprise finds from the new release shelf. I always love to start a long weekend with a new #bookhaul. This is going to be even more fun than I anticipated! 🤩

Holds came in!

My #librarybookhaul from yesterday. Picked up holds on the tagged book for #Pemberlittens & A Botanist‘s Guide to Parties and Poisons for #AuldLangSpine from @Laughterhp ‘s list & Funeral Girl & Accomplished caught my eye in YA. Then the library bookstore had 1/2-off fiction so I got the 3 remaining books there for $2.50. I‘m most excited about the pretty Waterstones Signed Exclusive Edition of Under the Whispering Door! 🤗

The books I intended to read in late October/early November, until fate intervened. Dark Waters is a reread, then I‘ll brave the clowns in the last book of the set. I don‘t often read memoirs or biographies, but Tom Felton‘s looks good. #librarybookhaul

My #librarybookhaul from yesterday. I went to pick up my hold for Always, in December for #SundayBuddyRead & the tagged book (Mary Bennet 💙) plus the 2 non-fiction titles caught my eye. Then the French vegetarian cookbook & Miss Benson‘s Beetle I picked up for $3 in the library bookstore.
