Identity Crisis was a snoozer of an episode, which I find most Geordie episodes to be. I don't he's that interesting a character, compared to the other male leads.

TNG 4.18 #IdentityCrisis is a Geordi episode that does not suck! Sadly it's not particularly memorable either. It's better remembered as the one with the glowstick aliens.
Since the episode features metamorphosis, I'll be clichéd about it and go with Kafka. Sue me.
