Finished last week as one of my #SeasonalCizy picks for October & it‘s part of my #HauntedShelf TBR. 2nd in the Merry Muffin Mystery & a good continuation with Merry looking to find a buyer for her inherited castle & throwing a Halloween party for potential buyers & the locals. This series is currently free on Audible & I like that but it means I didn‘t find any #ScavengerHunt words for Team #Flerken Using it for ⬇️

Finished Book 4 in the Berry Basket mystery series as one of my #SeasonalCozy picks & other than the MC making the WORST decisions running from the killer,🙄it was pretty good. I found 9 #HauntedShelf #WordSearch words & I used it already for #Pumpkin in the #BookScavengerHunt. Counting it in the readathons listed in comments below as I read it last week & this week.

I‘m not sure what deal German author Kerstin Gier has made to always have these gorgeous covers. With this edition, the pages are sprayed in a warm blue and it all looks very mysterious.

Also, I think Parable of the Sower will count as a "classic by an author of color" for the #ReadHarder challenge. It's considered a scifi/fantasy classic, right?
