Everyone concentrates on the Trunchbull, but Mr. Wormwood rips apart books, talks down to his daughter, and doesn't understand the importance and wonder of reading. Luckily, like all of my favorite villains, he gets his comeuppance.
A day late but here is #Riotgrams day 4. I don't really read a lot of books with unequivocal villains but the creepy creepy creatures who hunted you in the woods or crept into your room while you were sleeping in Emily Carrol's collection of graphic scary folk tales were amazing. I was scared to turn off my light to go to bed. #FavoriteVillain
