#auldlangspine book 5

A delightful graphic novel where Lady Camembert disguises herself as a man to avoid marrying one, then falls in love with Princess Brie. I loved all the cheese names! It really fleshed out the world in a very humorous way that had me chuckling each time a new one was named. Loved Brie‘s friends along with Feta, Cam‘s servant. The conversations about women‘s rights were well done & didn‘t take away from the overall coziness.

MeganAnn In the author‘s note at the end it‘s mentioned that the story is based on the author and their wife which I loved. Overall another fun, heartwarming read that doesn‘t skip over the hard parts but rather deals with them in a way that feels authentically hopeful. 5⭐️ 1w
Zuhkeeyah The cheese names for everything cracked me up. I'm holding onto Gouda as a potential dog name. This is a book I return to when I need a cozy happy read. 😊🥰 1w

A delightful, breezy read, but don‘t read this book if you are hungry.

It was a little too predictable for me but I love the idea behind it!

It‘s more like a textbook than what I‘m used to with non-fiction but still some really interesting history nonetheless.

I have found my new author that when I need a calming read with food I‘m all in! Valentine makes shoes with her grandma in NYC…Little Italy, a new found love, a trip to Capri and family fights. Love this author and will read the next two of these.

Advent knitting. A stripe a day…should be manageable right?! 🤞🏻🎉

julesG Like the colour of the yarn 2mo
peaKnit @julesG the cream is just for the cuffs for now, the rest is a stripe color per day. A stripe a day feels manageable 🤣 2mo
