A group of crochet enthusiasts get together to craft, fight racism, and support each other in Australia. I needed something straightforward with a happy ending this week.

And because I can‘t just do one thing…. I‘m jumping on the bandwagon.
In addition to Rebecca the knittted #booksnake, I‘m #crocheting granny squares in the colors of each book cover of the books I read this year. I‘ve always wanted a colorful scrappy granny square #bookblanket and I figured this was a great way to do it. #hookersoflitsy

I crocheted this blanket a long time ago but it ended up turning into a hooded cape after I got finished with it so I‘ve decided to put it on this stuffed bear I have because it didn‘t have any clothes to wear and it‘s perfect because it‘s too small for me to cover up with.

My Grand-daughter asked for wool and crochet hooks for Christmas along with a copy of Whimsical Stitches A few years back it was knitting for beginners. I've never seen any fruits of her labours.

I may be a little obsessed with Halloween amigurumi right now.
