There is so much I like and enjoy about this series: the characters, the mystery, the books.
But Nora does so many really stupid things, I just want to scream at her.
So: glad I borrowed it from the library.

Book 19 in the Hamish Macbeth series is a really good one. I had a hard time putting this down yesterday. As always, I‘d highly recommend this series along with the Agatha Raisin series if you enjoy cozy mysteries. 4.5⭐️

A bookshop opening is interrupted by a body and then a second murder but who is the killer. Harvey finds herself wanting to find the truth but can she?
Aww a cute fun cosy mystery set in a bookshop. What a great location. I really enjoyed this. It was an easy read though I did guess the killer I enjoyed seeing how it came together. A fun read. 4*
Book 18 of the Hamish Macbeth series down! I still miss the old narrator but I‘m slowly getting used to the new one. I enjoy this cozy series and all of the village drama. 4⭐️

A prequel to the Agatha Raisin series (#SeriesLove2024) that is set as Agatha begins her PR business. It was okay and like many novella struggled to truly tell the story. Not at all necessary to reading the rest of the series.
Some pearls of wisdom in this one. Don‘t know much about Amish or quilting so —- we will see.
Continuing with this series. Enjoyable cozy read, especially as audio on my commute. This one involves solving the mystery of a skeleton & rare book found on the Storyton estate. Another poisoning (this seems to be the murder weapon of choice in this series). The next book is going to have a change of setting, which I think will be good.
