pickA simple cozy murder mystery. The novel is set in a campground in Normal, Kentucky. The characters are “cutesy” and not very complex. I read this in a bit less than five hours. Readers who enjoy cozy mysteries, will find it an easy read. 3/5
pickAnother solid entry in the Hamish Macbeth series. Although his romantic shenanigans do get a bit tiresome at times. He still has feelings for Priscilla, and he & Elspeth are never on the same page, as usual. But I love this series. 4⭐️

panI'm sorry to say that I simply didn't find this book to be very good. Granted, it's the third in a series. The stories stand alone, but there were references to previous stories, like many mystery series. I would have bailed if it weren't a mystery. I wanted to know whodunit, but the ending fell flat for me. It simply wasn't very creative or well-written, in my opinion.

pickThere was no twist, charcter development and the crime was so easy to figure out ....despite the over the top story it was a fun , easy and light read
pick“All signs point to your murder.” Good, solid mystery with a likable protagonist. Good hook, slow middle and then a fast action-filled wrap-up at the end. Overall, very enjoyable!
