Day 22 of the #RiotGrams Challenge:
Book that made you cry
SO MANY TEARS over this book, but oh how I love it.

This book moved me to tears. There‘s an epic battle scene, and I was so enthralled with it that the losses tore my heart out. Highly recommended!!

I am not a mother and I cannot yet fully understand the nuances of the agonizing void left by an absent child, but the emotion Anna Whiston-Donaldson captures and conveys is raw and tangible and, on more than one occasion, brought me to tears—sobbing, puffy-eyed tears. #BookThatMadeYouCry #Riotgrams (I received a free copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.)
I highly recommend this book for you nonfiction readers out there. We read this in our family book club comprised of males and females and everyone liked it. It is a great story of the men who were exploring the North Pole when their ship became stuck in the ice for months. It is a great story of survival, bravery, and courage. And it is a book that made me cry. #riotgrams #bookthatmadeyoucry
#Riotgrams Day 18: #BookThatMadeYouCry
Bridge to Terabithia was the first book, that I remember, thatmade me cry. I think I was about 10 or 11.
When I say this book made me cry I mean I pretty much teared up on page 1 and sobbed intermittently throughout. If you're in the mood for a good cry this is the book for you! Not to mention Radziwill is a beautiful writer.
