Ruthiella True for me too in Southern California. If I‘m outside in the summer, it‘s only in the evening. I use my deck mainly in the winter to warm up on the sun. 4mo

Arizona Cookbook | Mildred Fischer

I love the southwestern editions of these Golden West cookbooks. But, I think I‘m going to pass on this recipe for tamales. I would try them if they were made for me, but I think finding 4 cups of sheep blood in my corner of the world would be a task. 😏

Bludso's BBQ Cookbook: A Family Affair in Smoke and Soul | Kevin Bludso

Wasn‘t expecting the humor but parts of it were funny. Some of the recipes were pretty simple and some took more time and effort. Enjoyed his personal stories and enjoyed this one overall. My husband and I have taken turns making recipes from this one, and he did the buttermilk pie as well. Great results on everything. Great addition to our cookbook collection.
