It turns out it‘s a reading of the poem in the original Early Middle English (“Chaucer‘s English”)! Even though I couldn‘t understand most of it (a handful of words here and there), knowing the story helped a lot. The original has a cadence of its own and is performed lyrically and beautifully by the narrator, Bill Wallis. #AllTheStars

I‘m a notorious #starslut , but also quite picky about what I read .... so I rarely give books less than 3⭐️, unless it‘s a bookclub book I felt like I HAD to read! 😂

pickIt‘s 2 am. This is a terrifying sci-fi thriller that I didn‘t want to put down even though it freaked me out to no end. Loved it! pickIf I could give this beauty more than five stars, I absolutely would. I loved “Little Fires Everywhere,” but this book was exquisite. I love the writing, I love how I feel like I know the characters, I even love the heartbreak. I will read anything Celeste Ng writes. Easily my favorite book of 2019 thus far. #allthestars
